i get great window light in my apartment, however i am a month deep into my growing, ive been using a 500w led in my house but its not enough, my plants are tiny for being 4 weeks. Is there a way to transition them to using my window light? obvi not put them under direct light at first to avoid shocking but what else? any threads on transitioning/increasing lighting setups for autoflowers?

Stick em in the shade for a day or so with partial rays coming through. What's your latitude
im in northeast Latitude: 40.7141667.
Do i move them to the shade and then transport them under direct sunlight?

Yup. You have to harden them off. This lady was started under LED and is now 10 days outdoor and happy as can be.

Also have to add that I transplanted her the same day she went outside so she had added stress which she took like a champ

I think the real issue is how 500 watts of led isn't enough.. how big of a space is the light over and how many plants? 500 actual watts of good led is enough to light a 3ftx3ft space and if it has high efficiency diodes it could probably do a 4x4. What kind of light do you have? I have a 135 watt HLG and it absolutely crushes my little 2x2 tent.
