Can i top during flowering?

Hi guys,just wondering if i can top during flowering?
Ive already topped once while vegging and now my girls are in day 6 of flower.
They are barneys farm blue cheese in a 1.2m x 1.2m x 2.0m tent under a 600w hps.
If i can top then do i top both of the new colas i got from topping last time?
Any help greatly appreciated

umm Something i have never tried, correct me if im wrong but i dont think it is too wise.
so yeah its best to do it during veg.

it is still early flowering i just did one of my 2 plants around 3 days into flowering which i kind of regretted but its still looking nice -
you can barely tell its been topped the side bits just came real high up and kept growing but the stem went a little brown at the tip were i cut it and didnt split into 2 it just stayed cut

i think even if it didnt top and you cut off the main cola all the other bud sites would just get more attention and grow bigger anyway

My stem didnt top either,it just stayed cut but i did get two more stems come from the sides.I think ill leave the topping then.thanks bro

Is that pic just 3 days into flower? mine dont look anything like that yet,they are still quite small and not very bushy.
I vegged for 4 and a half weeks on 18/6

no that pic is 2 weeks into , yeah your ment to top in veg not flower and yeah thats the same as mine the side bits have turned vertical and shot up really fast but im pretty sure the stem is ment to turn to 2 so i will try again when im vegging my next load

i saw a video where a guys tops 1 week into flowering and it turned out fine.
i wouldnt go much longer tho

did the stem split into 2?

No, not unless you are happy with less yield. You want to stress them as little as possible during bloom, so anything like topping, transplanting, etc....should be done at least 5-7 days before they go to 12/12, so that they have had time to recover first. Even if you top it and it looks like it turned out fine, you'll never gain any yield, so it's not a good idea.

I've read that supercropping works well during bloom. I've never tried it though, so you'd have to ask around and see if you can find someone who witnessed some actual results.

why would you want to hurt the size of your cola bud. you can top but the cola won't be as big.

i accidentally topped mine like 3 weeks into flower and no ill effects...but u have a week or so anyways during the transition

i guarantee that the yield was not at its full potential because of topping during flower.

yeah 3 weeks into flower must of done quite abit of damage but if you topped the plant in the first day of flowering LATEST (or asong as the plant hasnt started prdocuing its buds) ive read a few times that the plant will put more of its energy into the other bud sites making them bigger

i think ill leave the topping for now,this is my first ever grow so dont wanna experiment too much,just wanna get a grow under my belt before i try anything new.
