Can anyone help me identify what's in these images?

It looks like something is eating holes into my blades, also around the edges sometimes. It's only affected a very small amount of leaves, in the center of my scrog. It's not all over the leafs either, it's only a few spots. I'm not sure if it's bugs or something else? I just flipped to 12/12 10 days ago, so if it's a problem I'm trying to catch it now.
