and Vi, people are allowed to home brew a certain amount of beer for personal consumption without paying taxes on it, so why should marijuana be any different?

Does anyone recall how the Kennedy family got so rich? Out running the revenuers.......... that's right, the kennedy's were the thugs 80 years ago.........

Actually that's not true. Joe Kennedy was a investor. He only got involved in beer after prohibition (though he did conveniently acquire a warehouse full of the stuff just as prohibition was going).
