cali conn or drgreenthumb

I don't really have cash for all the strains I want so right now I need a really good one. I narrowed my choices to Cali conn Larry kush or their bubba bx, or drgreenthumb bubba kush katsu cut or his og kush.

So what do you guys think? Has anyone grown out docs bubba ? Or what about the Larry I really need feedback.
 
Did you find the Cali Connect Bubba in stock somewhere? Seems to be out everywhere I've looked...

I really like Cali Connect genetics. Never tried dr greenthumb.
 
Cali Connection pre '98 Bubba BX2 is terrific. ive grown it loved it & will run it again. the larry og is good not the best though. my favorite is the blackwater at the moment. chem 4 or the sour og are splendid stoney goodness. im a fan of the alien line also. if youre in so cal there are at least 6 collectives offering CC gear, in oc alone. i am a total CC fan.

No but on the California connect site he said some will be available in 5 to 6 weeks.

What about the tahoe og?

I guess no one really grow docs gear

There's a thread here somewhere last year by a guy who grew cali's vs. dr greenthumb OG kush I believe.
He said he got more yield from greenthumbs OG kush and that made up for the price difference.
 
ICMAG will supply you with lots of info on Doc.
Most like his gear, but agree CC is better.
I've yet to grow CC gear, so I guess need to call a relative/friend back in California.
 
Docs ghost cut is just as good as anything swerve makes and his Og seeds are fems and his stock allways look good as hell,Swerves seeds are white and little as hell..They both have some good genetics,the thing about Docs ghost cut is that all my plants looked allmost the same where swerves phenos are all over the place

That's what I'd found his strain "the dope" were like when I grew em outdoors last year. All almost excavctly the same size and yield(about three-quater lb each).
Didn't like the airy buds of that strain though.
 
i grew out the doc's bubba a couple years back, when it may have been different, from non-femmed barns. it was awesome! i haven't tried the new mix/beans. doc is a top-notch breeder. as mentioned, his gear is a bit pricey, but well worth the buckage. i suggest only growing out one femmed bean, and use that to start a mother. again, doc knows what he's doing when breeding and making crosses....
 
They booth sound great but Doc has fems, witch would win my vote.....
But when CC starts offering there femz, I got to try em.
