Cal/Mag equivalent?

15 plant medical ebb/grow system. 55 gallon res. 3 weeks into flower.

Decided to try a different nutrient brand this time, and my ladies have both calcium and magnesium deficiencies. Normally I would just go out and buy some cal/mag, but that's a little difficult when you are flat broke lol. What I do have is a bucket of dolomite lime and some epsom salts left over from my soil days years ago. My questions are- how much epsom salt do I use per gallon, and can I use dolomite lime as a calcium supplement in a hydroponic resevoir? If so how much per gallon? Thanks in advance!

Before I was using Cutting Edge Solutions 3 part, GH floranova organic enhancer, Botanicare Silica Blast. My local store stopped carrying the CES 3 part, so I switched to the GH Flora 3 part.

I can tell you that green light makes a calcium solution and to answer it's 1 tbs per gallon if I remember correctly. But I would use 1tsp to see if that helps and some seaweed foliar spray to boost them up. You got another couple weeks before flushing them maybe longer. The calcium solution works well if you foliar spray it and it can be added to soil. I would foliar spray it just so you don't have any problems with nutrient inner action. Calcium is best absorbed in a more basic solution and there is a wetting agent in the stuff so you could mix them with the epsom salt with success. Just my opinion maybe someone else has a better plan of action. Good luck later

Dolomite lime would push your PH into no mans land, dont touch it with a ten foot pole in hydroponics. Epsom salts for magnesium. Not sure about calcium. Most cal-mag products use calcium nitrate which can be ordered online cheap.
