Busted for 3rd time this year

Im the most unluckyest grower this side of the planet.i was busted back in june 09 an the seized £989 worth of grow stuff,no 1 knew either some 1 seen it by mistake then they were knicked,an grassed on me.any way friday 23rd oct there was a nock at me door'it was the police they were looking 4 my son over an fight he had they wanted to look around incase i was hideing him'so i let em in they done there thing an went sound so i thought,i told my son they had been here looking 4 him.so we rang the cop shop an he was to go there the next day at 4pm so we went,the copper that was dealing with him had been called out over some thing elese so we arrange for 4pm the next day.that night they came to the house for him again came in looking for him but he was out with m8's as i was letting them out for the 2nd time some strang women was standing on me front with her son an his face had been caved in he was in a right mess blood every were.they told the police that my son had hit him an his m8 with an iron bar,so that was it they wanted a proper search of the house.so they did they was just about to go an just that 1 copper said open the attic.i was 1st up in the attic i told em i was getting the loft ladders,i pulled the 2 cheese plants out of there pots an chuck em to the basck of the attic dragged the hps light down turned off the fan,then i heard them on the way up.he gets his torch starts shinening round then he says i smell cannabis.that was it then police all over the house again,the worst of it just as they found em me son walks in'if he would of been 2mins early they would'nt of looked up there'but he is taking the blame,he should get a caution 4 it,but if found guilty for the section 18 he faces 5 years in prison he's only 17

No matter what that kid did, your "son" shouldn't have hit him in the face with an iron bar.
I hope he goes to fucking jail, pussy hitting him with a weapon.

He probably jumped this kid 5v1 and hit him with an iron bar, at least hit him with your bare hands & a fair fight.

edit: It was also your fault that you got caught, because you can plead the Fifth Amendment and deny the police entry to your house WITHOUT a warrant. If they have a warrant they are coming in regardless of if you answer the door or not.

This is a long video, about 28 minutes but it is REALLY worth listening to. A law proffessor explains why people should NEVER under ANY circumstances talk to the police.

LOL, first of all, the OP is obviously not an American, so citing US constitutional law is pointless.

Second of all, the fifth amendment guarantees the the right of a US citizen to not be compelled to testify against himself, guarantees due process, and forbids double jeopardy. you can't 'plead' anything to a cop. You can only "plead the fifth" during a trial or hearing.

I believe you are actually referencing the FOURTH Amendment which guards against illegal search or seizure without a search warrant or probable cause.

Thirdly, if this was an American case, which it's not, having a bleeding witness 'with their face caved' telling the cop that the person who did it lived at that address would have given any American cop probable cause to enter the premises.

Please, if you are going to give constitutional advise, get your facts straight. Misinformation can get people into trouble.

youd think ud learn the first time.. how someone can get caught 3 times is beyond me. if i got caught 1 time id never touch weed again. And secondly you dont HAVE to let them inside your house. That is your fault bro. Its ur fault u got caught.. if i was growing weed I would say no sorry you cant come in. Straight up.

Sounds like shitty situation. Kids can be crazy these days. I got hit in the head by a lead pipe when I was 15(I was the wrong person). Dam fake ass gang bangers thought I was someone else. I had nothing to do with anything they were involved in, I don't remember it, I woke up in the hospital. I know Karma is a BITCH!!! Those 2 dudes ended up getting killed for having a threesome with some other dudes wife, and the girl was killed and the dude shot himself. My parents dropped the lawsuit against there parents. pretty crazy shit. WTF have you done wrong lately? If nothing I feel bad for you, good luck with all that. I would talk to a lawyer or three.
