If you want to run CFL’s, get 105 watt bulbs at 2700k and keep them close to the plants like couple inches.
It’s not all about the amount of light but rather how intense the lights are, CFLs intensity drops super fast.
No need to worry about the pistills getting brown

with all those single leaf .sugar leaves.. you wont ever get dense buds. thats how the plant eats. you should have waited until they got to at least a 5 finger leaf before you flipped. imo.your wont ever get big or what you want is dense buds with only one finger leaves no matter how much light you give her.. ive had plenty of 3 finger leafs in my days and they never gave me as dense of nugs, compared to 5 and 7 leaves plants.. more surface area.. the more it can produce..
