now ive had this book for sometime and im wondering if hes getting 8oz off of three plants using cfls than why arent 400 watt lamps getting more than that he uses 6 42 watt bulbs which is only 252 watts so is there something im not gettin i have both cfls and a dual spec 400 lamp

In pervious grows ive gotten about a oz a plant hopeing for more than that with this new light ive been seeing upwards of a lb under the 400 watt on other forums does it have to do with some growing in soil and others doing hydro im still in soil but i did pick up a hydro farm single plant that im gonna give a whirl this go round. Whats recommened for a 2x2x5 ft grow cab prefab tent with a 400 how many plants can b placed in here grown from seed?
