budding plant needs help

So i have a fairly big plant that has been flowering for about 45 days. However i made the foolish mistake of removing the males too slow and now it has a fair few seeds over it. What should i do? should i remove the seeds asap to encourage more bud development or should i just leave the seeds and remove them after the harvest?

Remove them after harvest. It's too late to do anything about the seeds at this point. If its a good plant, you should be happy to be getting seeds from it.
