Bubblelicious CFL grow

I forgot why I decided to try this strain, then I remembered: it's short (indica) and really good for pain...which I am in a lot of so I cannot wait to try this and share with my paralyzed friends

The plant on the left (taller one) has gotten close to as tall as it is going to get (I think), and has a good number of bud sites (as you can see from the pics). I have 2 of these coming in and should be here Tuesday, once I get these installed then I am going to point some of my other bulbs at these bud sites. I am going to keep the other plant under 12/12 for longer as I plan to get an auto or 2 and start them next.

Looking nice, however I think placing your CFL's horizontally would deliver more Lumens toward the plants. Peace and happy growing _~

Thanks indicat33...I just received 2 of these so I am going to take all the other bulbs out tonight and replace them with only these 2. I am also going to add one of my 5000k 105w bulbs and my 6500k 85w bulb vertically to give the plants more light on the sides.

I got one 125w CFL bulb, got 2 sockets mounted on my reflector and have one installed now. I will get the other in a few days when I have more than a dollar haha

OK so I got another 1 of those 125w CFL bulbs, but until I get my other fans and PSU I am only running one (temps get too high with both on).

However, I am getting my Raspberry Pi + Arduino setup. I did not want to start using it until I got more functionality, but I need to manage the temps so right now I have a relay wired to my Arduino, which is in turn wired to my Raspberry Pi and with crontab I am turning the booster fan on for 30 seconds every 5 minutes while the light is on.

I got 3 new PC fans (1x140mm & 2x90mm) and this cheap ass PSU from newegg, wired them up and installed them in my cabinet earlier...they are working wonders I was having trouble keeping the temps under 84 before with just 1 light on, now I have both lights on and I am keeping the temps under 77-80

glad these fans keep the temps under control cause my AutoGrow system (Raspberry Pi + Arduino) is not close to ready now I have until I harvest these to set it up and tweak it

Bubblicioi is a crazy strain so man different phenotypes and looks to it. I'm currently in flower with it! My two look nothin alike. Happy herbin

I starting flushing my plants about 5 days ago, I think I am going to keep flushing them for the next few days before starting to harvest some buds.


I am anxious to harvest these because my automated system with web interface (Raspberry Pi + Arduino) is nearly ready. Just waiting on my pH probe to get here and then the final piece I need to get this system fully functional (in a DWC setup) is to get a TDS/EC meter.

I can't wait to get this up and running!

I went ahead and harvested just a few of the lower buds/branches (wet weight of 18g) and am started to dry/cure them now. I ran out of medicine/herb and since I don't fuck with pain meds I vaped a few buds at 205/210 C and it actually wasn't too harsh...but I am gonna have to re-up 2moro and resist smoking this bud until its ready

Decided that it has been long enough and harvested both plants tonight. The cola on the smaller, bushier plant was larger than the other one (28 vs 22 grams wet)...I manicured everything and it is hanging and drying now. Not sure what the final yield will be but regardless I will be happy

Got some candy kush and northern light seeds probably going to start them within the month.

Well I will have to get opinions on the smell and taste from friends as I lost my sense of smell and taste when I fell They have returned somewhat and last night while I was manicuring the branches the smell was so intense that it sent me into a sneezing fit haha

I can't keep the humidity in my grow cab under 60% and I want it between 45 and 55...will having it at 60-63% cause mold to grow?
