Bubble Cloner attempt

My luck with cloning hasn't been great, about 30-40% success even trying many varieties of propagation materials. I use rockwool usually but I would like Bette success rate so I, trying the bubble cloner a I've heard great results.
Big tote, drill holes, styrofoam pipe insulation to hold them, air pump and two stones, Aldo threw my tray heater under it to keep temperatures big higher.

I just threw in a bunch of cuttings from my three Aurora Indica mothers, Time will tell how this goes but I'll keep you updated and appreciate input on people who have this sort of set up.

I've Also got some in rockwool beside it in the humidity do,e to ensure I have some enough clones, never enough!

I've had 4 different bubble cloners and an aero cloner and I used to have terrible success at cloning. I started using Clonex gel and Rapid Rooters and I've had 100% success ever since.
I liked the rapid rooter results also, once I'm out of rockwool I'll try it again with Clonex. I've tried the powder but not best results.

I though I'd give it a go since it was a 50$ investment to make, see how it goes
Always will have back up clones

100 % success rate . the hydroponic way. unit like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/EZ-Clone-Classic-Cutting-System-16-Site-aeroponic-cloner-machine-hydroponics-/121070512124?hash=item1c305d67fc:g:0rcAAOxyMd1SFpg1 did a dwc and got a 50 % could not keep the water cool got that stem slime . now doing hydro you do not want the water over 75f . suggest a temp about 65f to 70f easy cloner your dwc system is suggested at 63f for maximum o2 absorption ph suggested 5.5 now i have done ph at 8.5 lazy as hell still got a 100 % success rate. suggest using nutrients but in a 1/4 not the full 100 % mixture or ppm . cutting different angels no difference but gently rubbing your snips on the stem you want to root made a huge difference . not an expert at using grow blocks or non hydro in cloning cant give advice . suggest reading on the best temp for your dwc system to save your self a headache and throwing away a bunch of good cutting . lighting can be any color but suggest pushing towards the blue spectrum or close to purple works best for me . run 18/6 or 24/7 up to you but you only need a weak light like a small 50 watt light or less 30 watt . a t5 is to much light . do not forget a very small fan to prevent molds .

I like your setup, but not the technique . I have great success with smaller clones with only a few leaves at the top trimmed in half. Also I like shorter stems, not touching the water, only bubble's wetting it. And I scar the base of my clones and split the bottom 1/2" then clone x.

I have a diy bubble cloner single site and a 9 site , and I use neiling pad for my pucks . But I use the scar with 1/2" split and clone x with either rapid rooters or bubble cloner.

I'm a cloning king. I rarely lose even 1 clone any more. I'm an aero cloner guy. Have has 2 for past 3 yrs, always running 24/7.

I also built a cloner like yours. But the footprint is only good for 36. I have 2x25 site ones and it takes up 1/3 the foot print. But when I ran it, it was top notch.

Besides your gear, here's my run down.

I use dip n grow cloning solution. 10.95 and good for up to 1000 cuttings. I do 20% dilution. Let sit for 5 mins or so.

Plain Ole tap h20. Ph to 6.0

Pump runs 24/7

Add 1x small air stone

NO heater. You want -78* water. 75 I found the best. Place the cloner on the Cold basement floors to help keep temps down.

Change h20 (tap again, 6.0) every 10 days. Topping off as needed before hand.
Clean, and super clean your cloner often. I do a 24hr bleach, 24hr h202, 24hr h20, rinse, ready for next run.

Take good healthy cuttings.

I've never had any luck using a medium w/ cloning (I didn't try too hard after the first failure).

I went 0%-90% success using a NFT aerocloner (StinkBud) w/ plain water and turned 3 females 2 years ago into 60+ females this last spring w/ 20 indoor harvested in between.

I know other techs have worked for other folks but I'm disappointed now if success dips to 95%.

I wish you the best with this tech as cloning is just plain awesome!

I'll try that with the rapid rooters, and shorter stems. I'm still new to clinging in general and when I've had good success I haven't know why or how to replicate so appreciate the tips

It's all good , that's why posted to help you . Denmon trichs advice is almost the same , and has good points about being sterile.

no roots on the cuttings yet but i threw a few of the clones from my humidity dome in the Cloner that were showing roots to see what Happens!
I upgraded the air stones to 8 inch disks, replaced the water in the Cloner with tap water and added a small amount of SuperThrive PH to 5.6 and the temp is around 69 degrees

Last pic is a panoramic shot of flower room
