brown spots and yellowing leaves!

hey this is my first post so sorry i am new to this and dont know if this has been posted befor or if this is in the wrong spot. i just need some help. i just started my first grow. i am now 3 weeks into the grow. my bottom leaves and now staring with the upper leaves too are turning yellow with brown marks. i need to know what to do to fix it. i am guessing that it is a nitrogen def. from research that i have done but would like more experienced opinions. i have some pictures for you guys to see what is going on with them. i know the plants are pretty stretched out because i started with cfls and then switched to 400W MH bulb half way through the grow. so besides for the stretching i would love to hear everything that you guys think is wrong with these plants.

transplant them to a bigger pot and give them a drink of fresh water. she looks burnt.. cfls are not that hot so get them as close as you can without really burning them. more soil will have micro nutes in it so no nutes just water for now.. good luck and KEEP ON GROWIN..

you need bigger pots and a little calcium for the one with the spots....

i have a 400W Metal halide light 12 inches above the plants with a air tube and a lot of air flow. so it i not hot at the plant canopy. is that a good height. also is there any other nutes you guys would recommend for those plants that may help

looks like water spots to me...they make little lens on the leaves..shows up later..jmo

Got drain holes in thee cups? repot and add a decent ammt of perlite.
