I got some pics here. This is how the bottom has looked for about 3wks now. is it normal? The top growth is great though.

BOTTOM

These are some leaves around the plant. I noticed them today.

This is the overall plant growth.

Just looks like low light conditions often the lower bud sites will have curled leaves like that. The other leaf deformation is probably due to micro-nutrient deficient caused by your root damage. The same problem can be cause by Ph fluxuations.

Hmm. Doesn't sound too bad though. With the plant as big as she is, do you think I should worry a whole lot? Or would she bounce back and give me good bud? This sunday will be the 5th wk of flowering... Also what time frame am I looking at with teh sativa dom and the indica dom. I can already tell that the indica is further in growth but the pistils are still very white.

You have a huge plant, I'm sure it will recover fine. Damage control at this point is to maximize yield and bud quality. You still have another 5-6 weeks of flower at least for that sativa so that gives it plenty of time to recover. It also leaves plenty of time for the problem to get worse. Keep up the preventative measures with h202, a little superthrive might help too.

PS-
You might have to tie up those tops they get really heavy

I'll keep that in mind. I have had to tie up some lower sites because they were fanning all over the place. Do you think if I add a 150wt HPS this late into flowering it would make a difference??

Side lighting with flouros may work better. Low wattage HID's have poor light penetration into the canopy. A 1000 watt light will only penetrate effectively about 18". You have some lower bud sites that show real potential if you can get some light down there. The benefit of flouro's as side lighting is you can place them just about anywhere because heat output is minimal.

I'm fixing to get my HPS in on monday so with that implemented into the top lighting, I will have extra cfl's to throw in the bottom!!! Gotta love lighting!! Do you think the lower sites will blow up if I get some light down there? If so, how fast? 2wks maybe?

Like I said before they really start packing on weight in the last weeks of flower so getting some side lighting down there early would not hurt.
