The light didn't smash in the plant did it?
Just beat it about a bit?
If it smashed you may have a problem with whatever was dropped in the pot. Chemicals from bulbs and such.

thanks guys...it didnt completely smash the plant just kind swiped it...it was tilting so I put some sticks to hold it upright and hopefully the cells will gel back together...any other suggestion definetly welcome.
i had a side bud stem bend sharply over, i mean way over, was like that probably for 2 days or so
the bud had started to yellow, and it didn't look good for that bud
but what the hell, straightened it up and tied some string to keep it up
4 days later and you wouldn't know there was a problem, just a bulge where the stem has fixed itself
moral of the story, if it's not outright cut, you probably can save it

Thanks...even after just one day I can tell that the stem is has reconnected it self and the green color is starting to go back to normal...I really appreciate all your feedback and advice.
