Just curious if anyone has read anything about bringing plants into canada? Either under the new cannabis act or acmpr?
Good question. I'd like to be able to cross the border with clones since the state next to my province of residence has legalized.

"Travellers are required, by law, to declare all plant, animal, and food items they bring into Canada." - Canadian Food Inspection Agency

I'd ask them first

NO. Cannabis is illegal in the US and taking it across the border is a crime. It doesn't matter if the State is legal, the border agents are federal. The US didn't change their laws on Wednesday - unless you have a direct flight to Uruguay, leave your pot and plants home if you leave the country.

Fuck the US, what about places that have great weed, like Jamaica, that is where U want to bring some weed up from.

I know its said its illegal to cross the border with any amount of weed but I also seen before that part that once weed is legal, places like colleges will able to get weed outside the country for research.

How many pages is that legal weed bill ? The media news can be a joke sometimes. Give it a few months for all the details to get found out. Maybe a few years. Michigan got medical weed in the end of 2008 but it did not really take off until a few years later on and still 10 years later, its still being worked on
