i hope you guys understand what you are saying about the dispensaries... because if the state of az only allows a small amount of "selected" centers...

that is what will keep the price exorbitantly high... therefore the state would make more money off of the taxes of a greater total of initial cost...

lots of dispensaries/pharmacies are good so as to keep the cost of cannabis down... it is basic supply and demand... if there are a lot of pharmacies, then there is more cannabis in supply... again lowering its price...

also the competition factor of providing the best run and best serviced pharmacy to bring in good access to patients... keeps prices of meds low...

dont be fooled... the state and the fed on the whole would always choose a higher profit margin for themselves...

rather than give reasonable access to both patients and their pharmacies and their meds that provide the relief that they need...

Our state has regulated us to 120+ dispensaries, sounds good to me at this point. Not one on every corner but spread out throughout the state so you will never be far from meds again ! There will be more cardholder/patients in need with dispenaries & free market growers can set their own lower price/better meds right along side. Once the 25 mile rule is found unconstitutional all will be good for the citizens of Arizona.

I guess you are for deregulation of dispensaries? I wouldn't mind it if patients had the right to grow their own.
