I personally dont care for the dispensaries especially when you hear about certain ones like AZCS that make you sign away your grow rights, the minute people in other MMJ states hear that shit, they say " What the fuck, that doesnt sound right" and it doesnt.
There are enough caregivers here that will take care of everyone else..

No one MAKES you do anything. You have a choice. Besides, AZCS didn't write the law, they're just following it. Apparently they see a loophole that allows them to use contracts instead of going through DHS. Whatever, more power to em. It's either that, or the "free" model with a fee to even walk in the door. Anyone doing the "donation" thing will probably get popped for selling.

No thanks I will continue to hate on AZCS, the whole sign over grow rights to be a member is fucking stupid and sounds bad when other people hear about it, I like when AZCS says " We gave away 1,000 clones lets see you do that!", Oh well anyone can do that when most of their members can not grow, why wouldnt they have a abundance of tops/clones, so stop getting butt hurt when I type bad about them. I keep saying you guys really need not worry about the sign over rights thing cause its not going to fly at all.. how many people signed up at the begining that might have a real caregiver now? Ok so someones in pain and told they can have meds(for a price) all they have to do is "sign here" then the person never returns to the "club" after that because they followed the law and designated a caregiver with azdhs.

I would crush you in a court of law kid. I have forgotten more about the actual law than you'll ever know. Your patient would lose in court dipshit as they have signed a legal and binding document written by an attorney. In fact that is even the last paragraph of the document. So just who would you sue btw or are you unfamiliar with our business model? Every patient that joins makes an agreement with every other member of the collective, so I guess you plan on suing just over 1000 patients in all, give or take.
Any patient can sever their agreement at any time as it is a bi-lateral agreement between multiple parties. To date we had cancelled 16 agreements so the patient could designate a caregiver through DHS or other wise acquire their medication. Easy breezy, so whats your problem?

FYI AZDHS loved our business model because we cultivate all of our own meds and ONLY assist those that join the Collective, not everyone and their brother aka a dispensary. Sucks you don't know the basic difference and your running around telling people shit about MY company as if your some expert.

AS one of the former AZCS haters, i actually did some research and pontificating.....
And as i said before, it is what it is. Everyone else is shut down, and they are still open and expanding. Respect game if its tight, even if you dont like the person for what ever reason.

And after taking a good look at AZCS, they are a good thing for AZ mmj for sure. If you dont wanna sign over rights......DONT. If you dont wanna pay their asking prices for herb DONT. If you dont think they grow right, or could have better "meds" growing in soil, rather than Hydro......
Remember "Rule 1"of growing: There are as many different ways to grow weed as there are growers.
Unless you have actually smoked their product you don't have room to comment. Im by far the LEAST mature, LEAST capable grower here......and All im trying to do is learn howto grow from you dicks......and to be honest all your pissing and moaning about small bullshit is making it difficult for me to learn. So cut it out. GRow up, be men FFS. You all need a few weeks in the desert to toughen up your baby soft asses. Make you remember whats important in life.......
