always choose the best male and female to breed with, almost never the first male, usually the one that is not the first but also not the last to show flower, if you can pick leaves from each male plant from the same area & dry and smoke it, there can be a large variation in potency between males, with females i look for structure, terpines & speed of maturation, again much like the male's criteria, eventually you will get lucky and a rare gene combination will occur, and that chuck will be as good or better than anything you can buy, with the 100's/1000;s of those seeds as a result, happy pollen chucking there!

Thanks for the wise words cropper never thought of taking a leaf drying it and smoking it to get a feel for the potency, you have got my keen to start this new project... best of luck with your outdoor season this year, looks like you will have some fire in there... they are diesel crosses? If I remember correctly

its all good, i havn't got any diesel going now, last year had some, just testing out new pollen chucks in this grow, later in the season some more chucks to be tested will be planted out

I’m sure you will find something special in there, looks like everyone is going to have a good season in oz.... have a good day I’m at work so just on rui to pass the time.... peace mate

if only one or two make the grade that's good enough for me, yes 'so far' the season is going ok, hope it doesnt heatwave later tho, bit shitty working saturday man? if i can i like 5 days on 2 days off hehehe

Hahaha my work week starts on Wednesday and finishes Sunday get Monday Tuesday which is good if I ever need to do anything, it’s abit rough but it’s getting me by atm.... yeah hoping it’s not as hot as last year but seems every year gets hotter and hotter and little burst of rain don’t help either

Good fem rate for these Texas butter seeds 5 out of 6 are female so they got transplanted to their new homes

36 hours later they are loving their new home

So I have started a little side project I am going to try my hand at making some feminized seeds with 50ppm colloidal silver, I have a cut of pineapple chunk which is amazing and a bubble kush cut which has some beautiful structure, yummy flavour and beautiful purple colours in late flower... I am running out of room in my veg tent and have a spare tent, lights, fans and some CS so why not try... Going to be a learning curve but will be fun none the less
Just gonna use a old bpurple for now but will be getting a q.b when I can afford.


The only clean spray bottle in my house is pink thanks babe xx

Oh and I got a present in the mail today

Going to be some fire in here

14 days and heaps of roots will keep a few clones for future and the rest will be put into my tent for seeds

Had a try of the Girl Scout cookies two weeks cure tastes like lemon and was smooth as and knocked me around

Was some good cones

Don't be surprised if it takes 4 to 5 weeks of treatment with colloidal silver before you have usable feminized pollen.

Yeah going to spray in veg for a few weeks before flipping, there should be some by then

Purple haze clone didn’t really turn purple but the size of this nugget is awesome

today was productive.... transplanted another 3 plants to bigger pots for next flower cycle will have, I actually ran out of the size I want to use so down to the hardware I go, everything is starting to move along will have to take some cuts in the next week to keep the Texas butter around.
