Something strange is happening to this plant (I hope it isnt turning hermie not after all this effort).

Yet again I have found another issue but this one is a weird one. The new leaves at the very top of the plant are erm...well they seem half shredded & deformed, no-one has been around the grow area Im guessing its a humidity or temp issue as the temp last night decreased to 21C (during night cycle) & the humidity decreased to 29% rh during the light cycle. (see pics)

Ive been searching for members who may have experienced these issues, I even crossed check with a few grow books but nothing.

Anyone know what the problem is?

Im willing to rep for those of you who can diagnose this issue.

could be a mutant.
could be somethning eating it.
sure you did'nt burn it with the light.

otherwise id watch how it go's for now. its looking like its a mutant pheno which some people reckon can be stronger than normal plants. so as they say always look on the bright side of life. hope its a knockout mutant from another planet. peace.

Mutant? What does that mean exactly? Can I still maintain it as a mother plant? Should I?

It is normal for plants to grow abnormally (mutated) every once and awhile... I would not worry about it...

If its not hot enough your plant wont need to uptake water/food as fast so it may tak a very long time to get mature

Thanks for the reassurance guys/girls I think all I can do for now is wait & see how it affect the overall growth even though I added superthrive to avoid this type of growth  I just want it to be in good condition because Im planning to use it as a mother plant.
