Whats up everyone?

i decided to start a journal for my second outdoor grow! i've currently go 5 plants growing of 4 different strains.

there are two Northern lights that are about a month old out in the woods right now. they are struggling at the moment because i transplanted too early due to time constraints and one was almost entirely eaten by a deer. pics of these plants and the site will come later this week.

i also have 1 Purple Power, 1 Red Dragon, and 1 Auto Jock Horror that are 8 days old vegging under CFLs inside. the PP and RD will be joining the NLs in about 2 weeks and the JH will stay in my back yard.

all of these plants have started in 100% Coco Coir and fed with Canna coco nutes. im transplanting into holes i dug and filled with a mix of Potting Soil, manure and humus, and Coco plus some perlite. they will be fed with the Fox Farms trio later on. except the Jock Horror which will be in a 2 gallon pot of straight coco and Canna nutrients.

all questions and comments are welcome! please do not bitch at me about starting late because i am aware and nothing can be done about it. Thanks!

pic 1- the three seedlings. from left to right it is Purple Power, Auto Jock Horror, Red Dragon.

The RD is my biggest plant right now followed by the JH and the PP is a little runtish but its starting to pick up.

:peace: & :leaf:

Dude it's not too late. You should see the pics of mine from last season. Half of them got put out in late July.

So are they fem seeds? Still time to toss out some clones if you got any.

NeL dude thanks for stopping by! haha i know its not too late but i felt the need for a disclaimer because not everyone on this site so flexible about growing, you know? and the title is just to get peoples attention. with the thousands of thread on here i like to put snappy titles to spark some interest.

Yea i forgot to mention that the PP, RD, and JH are all fem seeds but the 2 NLs are regular so they could end up with males.

i dont have any clones because 1. i've never done it and 2. i only have so much room in my little cabinet. kinda sucks cuz cloning seems fun and i'd like to try it.

I am growin the church but it just poped up yesterday... I hear this strain loves to be outside and I will do my best to make sure its very happy. Soil here is great but will make my own medium, I'm thinkin I'll churn some native soil, steer monuer and some sort of potting soil 2x2 hole. Hopefully all goes well.

Up to 2 lbs some years. I'd say 3/4 average after all said and done.

what up everyone?

just a quick update because they have grown a bit since the first post. they are doing excellent so far, roots are starting to pop out the bottom of the pots. the Red Dragon is still the biggest(and my personal favorite). Something is odd about the Purple Power, it has two sets of single leaves? normally a plant would go single set then a set of three, the PP goes single, single, then the triple. idk take a look i've never had that happen before.

Provided i wake up early enough i plan on going out the my site tomorrow(well technically its today haha) to dig some holes. i'll take some pix of my 2 Northern Lights to show you guys and make this thread officially a guerilla journal!

pics are group shot, Purple Power, Auto Jock Horror, Red Dragon

whats up

I finally got out to my site today and dug 2 holes for the Red Dragon and Purple Power. this is actually my second spot because my original site turned out to be a dud. the foliage grew thicker than i expected and there isnt a whole lot of light that gets through now. as you can see, the new spot is MUCH better!

I took a picture of one of the Northern Lights babies to show you guys. there was originally two NLs but the other is pretty much just a stem now. thank you deer and bugs! :cuss::finger:

i soaked the remaining NL with bug spray and sprayed deer repellant all around. it does have a chicken wire cage but i took it off for the picture. the lack of light is making it a very sad plant haha i dont think its grown at all in a week.

Putrid egg based deer/ rabbit repellant WORKES!

Nothing else has worked for me other than a full cage. (mothballs, soap, coffee, fox piss, cat litter, dog shit , human shit, hair all failed)

Good luck grower! Lets see some big fat naked ladies this fall!
