There is all kinds of good places to grow and not just any place in particular. Think of all the land races of buds! Some grow in mountains some grow in arrid plains,or jungles! Or if you got mad skills you can acclimate your own breed to grow in the environment that you live. almost any environment. I live in some preety nice foothills in SoCal and we stay on average five degrees cooler than our local news valley temps. Year round growing is easy. Hardly ever get a freeze here. Avocadoes and citrus as far as the eye can see. The buds not so easily spotted but they're here.

California. Northern California specifically. It also depends on if you're growing for personal or commercial.
Altho we do have Prop 215- Medical Marijuana, there are still counties that are better than others.
Mendocino County this past summer passed Measure B which changed the limit from 25 plants to 6, but folks are still going 100 plants full sun here

I live in Mendo County and I've done 50 full sun the past 4 years 4-6 lbs per plant!
CAMP flies over and around me, but they are more interested in my neigbors 100 plant garden.
It's not just about the limits, it's about how leniant the local cops/sheriff are.
Sure , seclusion and privacy count, but that doesn't matter if you're looking at 30yrs to life when you get busted in Montana!

hey Oahu. growing in kailua best weather, tons of sun and breezes. loving it. afew more weeks to harvest my babies. can't afford those prices out there. got some seeds from nirvona, just started 3 more for the short season.
