Best Sativa For Energy??!!

Hey guys, I'm a noob on here, and I've used the search function multiple times, but, I'm trying to get a better perspective here.

I'm currently growing Afghan Kush Ryder Autoflower, heading into week 6 and looking beautiful, but I've mainly began to learn that I really love a high energy buzz and that Sativas are the best strain for this.

I'm assuming the Afghan Kush will be a little more couch lock high, not a leaf raking, wood chopping energy high (and I have a SHIT LOAD of leaves to rake haha).

I do currently have attitude's Northern Lights x Big Bud on reserve but I know Northern Lights is an Indica.

What would be the best for me to grow for my wants? I hear Jack Herer is a great Sativa, but is it a high energy buzz? I'm a perfectionist so I like to go for the best of the best of everything, and this is all for personal use so if it's a strain that takes a little more time or TLC, I'm ok with that. Quality over quantity!!!!

I grow indoors with soil, 400W MH/HPS
cindy 99 is the bomb. also look for nebula

well, it's too late for me to ask for the OG kush strains i gave away. i could have sworn that they were described as the stinkiest strains in the world along with C-13 (not G-13), but they are sativa dominants AND some of the most sought after strains with reports of them selling for thousands and causing all kinds of drama & wrecking friendships.

in looking up TGA gear, a lot of his strains are listed as having racy & energetic buzzes. i just read a comment that his sativa leaning gear uses real sativas and his indicas are as pure. that could be why his stuff is so popular... he uses undiluted strains to build off of.

i can't wait to try my jack's cleaner 2. that should be at least motivational.

Hazy,

Do you have any input on "Riot's" OG Kush strain seeds on attitude's website? Seems as if they are quite popular...they are all sold out and some sell for 99euros....some of his strains descriptions sound quite tasty and the type of grade A buzz I am looking for, and similar to the tastes you prefer in a buzz.

If they are as good as what's described I'd be willing to fork out the cash if I could get my hands on in stock seeds....which seems a little hard to do ATM

nope, sorry, i have absolutely no experience with riot gear and have only heard them mentioned once. try searching for them here. i just did and found a bunch of threads about them including 2 asking if they're a scam. you should get you answer if you read a couple threads on them.

i don't trust breeder descriptions of anything for the most part. they're trying to sell you something whether it's good or not and at least a couple are shameless lying sacks, but if you do a little homework skimming forums, you should get a much better idea what any breeder is really about if they get reported on.

most of the people reporting on strains are just sharing their own personal experiences good or bad and don't have an agenda. if TGA subcool, for example, were full of crap, i would have seen SOMEONE saying that by now, but have only seen raves for his gear and have so far seen nothing better to recommend for KC brains than a recent "he's getting better" with tons of rants about 0% gear in the past.

the truth comes out in public. i wish i had an answer for you, but riot's gear is totally off my radar. i haven't really heard anything, but you should be able to get an idea searching them.

Thanks hazy! I appreciate the feedback...I think you're my goto guy now for sativa info!!

Hey I found this one and Im extremely interested in if anyones grown this Neville's Haze by this breeder. Here's the description:

A pure Nev. Haze that only needs 8 weeks to flower? Impossible! most will answer. Sceptic testers have confirmed that the answer is YES, it is possible. And even more uniform than the original 16 weeks version.
We are proud to release the new batch from May 2011. For 12 years we have been working on bringing the flowering time back and making her less stretchy (brought back from 2m to 80cm - 1m indoors). While also selecting on stability, resin production and Nev. Haze characteristics of course. With its extreme trippiness, distinguished smell and taste.
The Nev. Haze is famed as the queen of all Hazes. Because of its unique combination of cannabioïds, which makes it not one of the strongest, but one of the most trippy and spiritual varieties. From a medical point of view anti-depressive, thus uplifting.
One that will more than satisfy every sativa lover.

I love me some haze but do yo u think they increased the indica content? This sounds sounds like a good energetic one but i dunno...

i've only smoked about 10 strains that had sativa dominant buzzes and only grown 4 of them myself, so i'm not the world's most experienced person to rely on as your ONLY source. there are a bunch of people here that have been growing all kinds of sativas like ever popular jack the ripper & killing fields and all kinds of hazes you should nework with too.

i just know what i like and don't waste time getting too distracted by indicas. as soon as i hear the dreaded couchlock word... i just move on.

i AM 110% ENTHUSIASTIC about strains that get you high though and try to learn everything i can about them from people with hands on experience, both good & bad, with specific strains.

for what it's worth, SOME of the strains i hope to have some lowdown on by next summer and especially smoke reports & comparisons for include: C99 x A11, jack's cleaner 2 (i'm REALLY excited to test that one!), amnesia haze, royal haze, laughing buddha, 75% columbian gold, jack herer, autoflowering "cinnamon girl" pheno jack herer, oaxican, urban poison, thai fantasy and some others i'm not remembering probably. i'm really eager to see how the 25% northern lights columbian gold compares to pure gold. it was the very first strain i smoked and the very buzz i've been trying to get back to ever since the mid 80s when getting high disappeared from the streets entirely.

if all else fails, i KNOW i'll enjoy haze x skunk, 8 miles high and super cali haze as those are my top 3 favorites with haze skunk being the trippiest and my top fave, but i'm hoping jack's cleaner 2 lives up to the hype as that could become my new favorite if only for the better lemon taste.
I love me some haze but do yo u think they increased the indica content? This sounds sounds like a good energetic one but i dunno...
if you want a really NICE haze that's not particularly trippy, but plenty euphoric and motivational, try short stuff's super cali haze. talk about exotic... it tastes just like REAL sweet grapes and is doable indoors because it's autoflowering. the bud i got from my stunted freebie (it had a kink in it's root under the soil i couldn't see leaving me with a tiny daisy sized single bud) was so close in taste to the 1/2 gram of "real" (?) i was gifted that i couldn't tell the difference without a side by side. i chose my handle because that strain is just so exotic. from what i've seen of people who got theirs rooted properly, it's still stretchy & lanky, but that you can get that kind of total package quality indoors works for me. there was NO couchlock in the buzz at all! even trippier haze skunk has a little bit of lead eye going on, but doesn't impact actual motivation.

if you're after haze buzzes, read up on jack the ripper & killing fields. those are really popular strains for connoisseurs at the moment.
