Let's get back to the purpose of this thread...
The best bang for the buck on macro nutes is plant marvel. Cal-mag, mag-iron, blossom, finisher, etc.
12 bucks for a five pound bag that lasts forever.

I don't normally take a lot of grow room pics for legal reasons. I'll see what I've got. Last year I grew an 8 ft Arjans Haze in a 25 gallon cloth pot. (outside)

Hahah so you will smoke weed from sheep's and horse's shit, but nit from piss hahah. I've used piss for vegetation nutrien and i can tell you it's good and much better than nasty chemicals in most of the products. Human idiotism has no limits
Nope. No i wont smoke weed grown in uncomposted sheep or horse shit. I grow my own and smoke my own. I use maxsea on outdoor crop. Its made from kelp, not crap. I do amend with compost but theres no whole terds in there. This isnt post apocalyptic fallout, fall off your wallet and put the piss where it goes, in the toilet.

My pic collection on skydrive is a fucking mess! Takes forever just to download thumbnails. I give up...
I personally think the nutriculture products are better than miracle grow and much more diverse. The only downside I've noticed is that they can be a bit harsh on soil microbiology. After about 4 wks in flower I switch to a mild organic that's packed with micro nutes, technaflora pura Vida bloom.

Formulated from various plant materials & subjected to a fermentation process. This shit rocks but it's not cheap @ $58/gal.

So and I , but u can't describe something which actually works pretty good as a shit. I've use in my first grows 8 years ago or more. In my whole exp and many tries in outdoors I realise that using chicken, sheep and horse shits in compost mix is best before everything else.

I have used almost all the lines out there. I have always found my favorite is Fox Farm.. If you need something thats solid but cost efficeint check out Blue Planet Nutrients. They are real good guys and the nutes are a good affordable line up. I also like the Humboldts own Fusion line and the Heavy Nutrients but those get pricey. I absolutely hated Advanced Nutrients.

Does anyone whose grown for sometime even really notice a difference with the major base nutrient brands? I sure as shit dont.

once youve grown with general hydroponics flora series or maxi series,, any switch of nutes is a waste of money.. i ran years of testing gh is by far the most cost effective, easiest best yielding nute line ive run..i cant say its the best,, but its the best out of the nutrients ive tried,, and ive tried alot!!

No no no. Yet advanced will tell you, and get many people to believe their nitrogen is superior because it's so expensive

advanced sux,,,

i will say your water source can determine how well your nutrient line works,, some work with tap, some are better for reversed or distilled.. i ran gh and many others in 5 different homes and different tap waters, out of the 5 homes in one general hydroponics did not work as well and needed the cal mag addition, in the other 4 homes the ph and cal levels wer fine without additives...
anyways your tap waters ec,ph and what is in it alone can have a huge impact on the nutrient line you use,, some work better with certain waters than others..
in fact a friend of mine in canada swore by bc nutes but in my water they worked but not well at all..he tried the gh maxi in his water and said bc worked far better,, so i guess the tap water in amercia is way different than in canada...my ppm tap is between 64-72 always my frind said his tap was between 180-200 thats a big difference..

There all the same. A full profile with chelated iron and micronutrients.....they all give the same results. So i figured out long time ago.....if thats the case....why not go for the least expensive and simplest to use?

My tap is 110 ppm or 0.2 ec and 7.5 pH. Ive used all the brands. For 20 years i keep going back to Ionic Grow and Bloom. Whether iam in peat mixes.....coco coir....dwc....aero...ebb and flo...nft....they have all gave the same results. Beautiful healthy lush and thriving plants. Canna...H&G...General...Botanicare...Cyco....Advanced...Fox Farm...Dyna...Dutch Master....BC...Ionic....all the same. So i just use Ionic one part for 35$ a gallon.

if it works for you,, thats all that matters... everybody has there own preference on nutrients,, what i like may not be what he or she likes,, the way i see it,, as long as we are happy with our results.. as long as we love what we are doing,, who cares what nutrients you use.. grow well and be well to all...

we are the ones buying nutes not making money on them,, so let the companies claim they are the best,, and use whatever nutrient produces good results for the best price...
