What's the best ratio for nutes ?

3-1-2 for veg and 2-1-3 for flower, those are ratios not values

those numbers are ratios the NPK actual values could be like 30-10-20 or 6-3-9

Riddleme is mistaken. His veg values are fine (though I've always heard 2-1-1 for veg). However for flowering your cannabis plants need nutrient ratios more like 1-3-2. Just to clarify again, these are ratios which means that 1-3-2 is the same as 10-30-20 or 5-15-10.

Basically you need more Nitrogen (the first number) during the vegetative stage, and more Phosphorus (the second number) during the flowering stage. The last number stands for Potassium and is needed in moderate amounts by cannabis during all stages of growth.
