With the Veros you don't need to use the connectors. The chips have big solder pads that work just fine. In fact I like soldering the connections better with 20 guage solid wire. Those little connectors break too easily in my opinion. I run everything in series but I have run them in parallel on a light I built a few years ago. It's still in service.

See i wondered about that,i have no problem soldering stuff.i just cant tell from the pics i see if they have a spot for soldering.

I decided to go with 10 citizen 1212s in varying color temperatures (4000k, 5000k, 5700k and 6500k) on an HLG-320.
Total build cost will be like $300 including the heatsink I source at goodwill.

Excessive? Maybe, but I like to think if I move out of a tent then I'll grab an extra few square feet of side lighting for some mothers or something
