Seedsman legit. Dont worry about getting ripped off. It just taking longer due to covid19. They even woll replace bunk beans if you have a major issue. They not gonna replace a whole pack for one bad one, but atleast they do help.
They just take long period to the states normally although they do come through. I would guess they would take hella long now with this virus crap.

The freebies are just a gift, you are getting what you paid for. I don't see how people bitch n moan about paying 10 or 15$ for a seed that you can grow into a QP, half lb or pound plant.. and take unlimited amount of clones off of and breed them. There's not a single thing on Earth that gets a better return on your investment.
I think $10/seed is more than fair for a lot of seeds and more than that is fair for hard to come by seeds. The issue I have is with the companies who use “freebies” as a marketing tool to get you to buy more seeds. I’ve seen some people get almost as many freebies as what they paid for. Those aren’t free gifts those are a sales tool. I would honesty take those companies more seriously if they just offered even a small discount for purchasing more. I pay $10/seed from ILGM, except when thy have something on sale, and the thing that turned me onto them was the fact that they don’t play that game.

I agree. If you can afford it, it's just a matter of making it worth your time. Buying quality will save you years of time. Like the old seed catalogs, well the kinda old ones. You have sensi selling and a couple others selling there genetics for 250+ and other selling shit with the same name for 50. 250 for the real genetics or 50 for seeds from some dickheads f2s using a 10 count seed selection. The good breeders put in the time, and there work is not only worth the money, but vital. And last but not least. Just doing the math at 250/oz when one seed can give you upwards of 30x that. Not taking into consideration cloning those babies......all that being said, I am still a sucker for a good deal. AKBB old school genetics ordered from JBC: $60+8 shipping for 12 seeds + 5 your choice freebs, +5 throw in freebies. You almost have to stock up on that shit.

I concur. Freebie is a freebie. It's free. Also to convince you to buy more, or try their genetics (which are cheaper, but practically the same) also to cover messed up seeds that don't germ. Then they don't have to ship again. Also other companies charging like 25 a seed if you want the big names. Personally I think it's not a good investment. If you want a specific cut, then maybe it's worth it, but I don't think so. Too many different strains and people really don't know where they came from to begin with or their true genetic history.. so are you REALLY getting what you think you are getting? Probably not. Kind of like LED companies nitpicking spectrum when they have no idea.

JBC is great, and the guy who runs it is genuine and helpful... I also think it's the only place to get rare dankness in the usa but i'm not sure about that... GLG is also great and fast and helpful with good freebies as well as a place that carries member seeds... Swami is also on here and is super helpful... I've only grown one of his stains, but it was dope as hell... Seedsherenow has a huge variety and some breeders they offer have been on their forum, like JJ of Top Dawg, so it's pretty legit... the only thing is some have said their credit card processing is flawed... I just send cash and it's been all good every time. Oregon Elite is descent, but I find they don't quite have the same selection as some of the others, by that i mean certain things like top dawg and snowhigh are not as complete of a catalogue as seedsherenow has, but they also offer seeds from breeders that are not common, so that's good... never tried DC seed exchange, but they are legit too... offer some forum members' gear as well which is wonderful. All drama aside, old GPS had great customer service and brought some fire for insanely low prices, sometimes even free with their rewards program, but was basically limited to stardawg crosses... newer stuff doesn't interest me, gu doesn't seem so involved anymore, and the deals are not at all what they were, so I can't say whether or not they are still a good place to shop... I just ordered from Authentic Genetics and it's good too... can only pay with paypal, but todd was great and gave some good freebies... lots of haze crosses there... fleur du mal is a hidden gem that supposedly has the best c99 around, even better than current brothers grimm, or so I've heard from several reliable sources... the dank team used to be the only place I know of that carried European breeders within the us, which was great for people who didn't want to deal with overseas transactions, but I don't know what ever happened to that bank... they were kind of old school and almost paranoid, or at least that's how they came off... I got some good dna gear from them though, so they were good for me... Humboldt csi has a bunch of fem seeds if you want that, nspecta is well known too, so no need to be sketched out by what you are buying... seedsman is not us based.

Its so in your face I always just assumed this was a rip off page. They are legit huh?
They get a lot of hate because they don’t sell seeds from well known breeders and there’s no way to know the lineage of their strains.

If you are more of a hobbies home grower, and aren’t concerned about lineage, then they do sell quality seeds that produce nice plants that do match the descriptions on their site.

if you want specific known strains or crosses then they might not be right for you.

I’ve bought and grown out a fair amount of their seeds, and have been very happy with the results, but they are on the expensive side for seeds that have unknown lineage. I personally wait until the seeds I want from ILGM are on sale so I can get them for $5/seed.

I had never heard of them and just checked out their site. I was thinking it was very pop culture oriented, then I saw that they even have a Pop Culture Mixpack, haha. Pretty different from the typical seedbank that RIU'ers promote and trust, which are all about known breeders and lineages. That's not necessarily a bad thing for people who aren't as inclined to do research as RIU regulars, and as long as they deliver what they advertise, they can be a valuable and accessible resource for some people. I think we can do a little better, both pricewise (regular prices) and in terms of getting more reliably-known, specific genetics we might want. But the $5 sale you speak of is intriguing, and I hope they continue to get decent seeds into the hands of people who can use them. There's a seed bank to suit everyone.

Personally, I'm fond of Greenpoint (I know, they're more of a breeder than a bank, but they deliver) and trust Great Lakes. Some of the others mentioned here are well enough known that I'd have no problem recommending them, like JBC and DC, to name just two. This is a great thread because it's always nice to have more options though, and I'm currently checking out several banks mentioned here that I'd never even heard of before. Thanks you @Headgrinder, and everyone who has chimed in. Keep 'em coming.
