Beginning LSTing

My plants are about 3-4 inches tall and varying from 2-3 nodes. I was wondering what height (or amount of nodes) are best for beginning LSTing. I'm planning to transpant them into 1 gallons when they are 5 nodes high and begin to lst them then, is this a good height?

If not, what is the best height to begin lsting?

Alright I'll probably do it when i transpant into the 1 gallon pots at the 5th node. I was just to scared incase the the stalk is to thick to bend over :s

I once had a stalk bend due to weight and it just grew toward the light with the stalk at 90 degrees
