My oldest brother and I go see Mom on Thursdays to share a meal and some beer. Last week was enchiladas w/rice/beans. Rich flavours in every beer these days. Hard to imagine that I used to be loyal to one brand.

I know people that have been drinking the same beer for decades. They're always the ones drinking something like Coors Light or Budweiser which is beer in name only though.

I have some goto beers but I enjoy trying beers I haven't had before. Usually I'm satisfied but occasionally I'll get something that I regret purchasing. That rarely happens though. I'm always grabbing something different than my last purchase.

It's the same with growing. I grow different stuff every time. Some have been growing the same strain for years. Boring

Variety for the win.

That’s elk jerky looks tasty! What is the beer like? That’s a cool name like some kind of dinosaur ?
I am kinda scrappy on the road and hit up the closest store to the hotel and found this organic 25 oz I have not
Ever seen before and they had a nice selection of 40 oz malts I haven’t seen in a while as well.
Wish I could check out the local beer scene here but just passin on thru.

It's quite delicious - sorry, don't a better description. Lots of salivation in the cheeks.

The back of the can says:

There are 35 categories that craft beers in Ontario fall into - British Bitter is one of them - see link below for complete list.

A contractor, through work, was a beer judge. He once brought me a few of his favourites from his travels. It's been over a decade but I recall an unfiltered oatmeal stout that was absolutely divine. Something dogfish head too was exceptional.

There are so many to choices, so little time. I anticipate several day trips this summer to visit as many craft breweries as time affords.
