Unplug it and then open it up and see if anything looks or smells burnt. Don't touch anything until you discharge any residual energy.
Is it HPS? May be the starter or capacitor; still looking for a troubleshooting thread I know exists

Yes Its An HPS I Opened It Check Nothing looks Or Smells burned But Only Thing i can Say Is That When Its On The Case Feels Like Electricty Is Running Thru it.......

Transformers seldom burn out, so that's probably why is still hums.
They charge like $24.95 for a 600w starter, and you may be able to find this stuff at your local electrical supply store.

If you've never rebuilt on, I can tell you it;s very simple. all the wires are marked, so it's pretty much idiot proof.

i would just buy a new ballast and while your waiting you can use cfl's to keep the plant alive untill you get the new ballastAllRight i Checked That Site Out Man Looks Good But They have A Wiring option Thats Like Wiried Without The capicitor And Without The Capictor Whats the Difference And Am i Safe To Do It Without The Capictor

I KNow All that That Man But i Dont have The Money Right At this Moment To Purchase One So I Was Just Wondering if I Do Wire It Without The Capacitor Will It Damage The Other Components In My ballast or It Will Burn Out The Bulb, has Anyone Done This And What is The Down Side,
PS. At The Moment i tried And Re Hook My Shit Up And It Blew My one Of My Breaker Out (The Room In Which Its In) But It Never Done That Shit before

the capaciter is in there for a reason.i think your gonna need to put out some money for a new capacier or a whole new ballast,good luck with what ever you do.
