Back to school, back to school, to prove to Dad that I'm not a fool!

Well school starts tomorrow. Not really looking forward to it at all. This is my junior year and I'm taking 18 credits this semester so it's gonna be a lot of work.

Who else is going to school this fall? Have you started already? If not, when do you start? And for fun, what are you majoring in?

I'm majoring in English.

Man I know my friends bitch about it a lot but I'm actually pretty jealous. Wish I had the time to go back to school.

All I can say is that you, educate yourself the best you're able, let experience be your guide and question everything. It's been a while since I was in school but I still remember the toils well

Though school can be a bitch, the reward will be worth it. It will give you something to feel proud of, knowing that you stuck it out and finished.

I also agree with that.

But yeah, I wish I could go back to school...if I do though it would be in Pharmacology or Psychology and that's way too long, wouldn't want to bother my Mom for another 8 years.
And it's way too fucking expensive for me to pay for an apartment and go to univ at the same time

Oh the irony. It took a college educated statistician to come up with statistics stating that college no longer has merit. Maybe they don't teach irony in college anymore. Who knows.

I probably spent hundreds of hours (no exaggeration) reading about growing on here this summer. Still waiting to see if it pans out for me (plants are on their 3rd week of flowering and looking great; also, first time grow).

It was NOT a waste of time, my God, it was the best 4 years of my life! Those statistics are about education vs. life accumulated wealth.

Agreed. Plus, what statistics? Who took them, and how were they taken? Always question statistics; they can be twisted so easily.

I'll take my chances with a college degree any day over trying to be successful with just a high school diploma.
