Average outdoor kush indica yield?

From information i have read kush grows up to 3-4 feet tall at most whats an average yield on kush outdoors fully grown for max yield? 3-4 feet looks like a waste when u can get 12 or even 20 foot sativas.

if you veg it long enough it will get bigger. just start it indoors in the early spring and plant it when it's already a couple feet tall. I've seen monster kush plants..

True, you can veg indoors and then put them out during grow seasonfor bigger plants. But a 3-4 ft kush plant (depending on how bushy and how many main tops it has) usually yield from half a pound to 2 pounds dry. I have seen bigger, but that's average. Put up a pic and we could give you a better idea.

your looking at a couple ounces a plant average...... though im sure if you vegged over winter and threw them out at like 2-3 feet in spring you could get upwards of a pound a plant come harvest...

dont expect much from purple kush outdoors.

What Do you guys think about my plants , they are Master kush clones , from nivana , that have verry sativa characteistics. shes about 3 weeks old now , my indica (not in picture) has more bud formation.
Winter is coming , and im growing organic . just bought 2 new nutients to try and help fatten it up before the cold weathers come late this week and threw out.
If som1 can go to my thead grow log and answer a question ,tnx.
let me know what you guys thinks , whats expectations of this plant ,

They can yield a lot if vegged for 4-5 months.

2 pounds dry is a lot - an awful lot - from a 3´plant. I would need to see pics to be convinced.

Kush can grow very big outdoors, 9-10ft, if started indoors.

I'm told one of my plants is a Purple Kush, it's 5 feet tall and more than 5 feet wide and has more and more buds popping up everyday. Here's a close up pic to showcase the buds and trychs plus the purple. The other pic is of the same plant.

I have just read all the threads here but it still does not answer my question.My purple kush is 5 ft. high and 3 ft. wide.I started it inside until it was 2 1/2 ft. tall.I have topped it (it has 4 tops)and I super cropped the shit out of it and it is extremely full of folliage.So can anyone tell me what to expect from this plant. (I have 2 more pk , an og same size, an nl × sk #1and a pineapple sk..They are all extremely full of folliage. I forgot to mention that they were all started inside.Can anyone tell me what to expect from the pk and og (these are my favorite girls).The rest I can just wait and see what I get from them.Don't get me wrong I want the best from these other three but it is the pk and og that I wish to know about.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Come on guys somebody out there must have grown these strains (pk, og) outdoors with approximately the same dimensions so how about giving me some suggestions on what I can I expect as I have not grown these strains outside before

no one knows the answer to that, there alot of factors that play a role in the end result. just be patient brotha an try your hardest. keep it dank

Hi jbrown3 thanks for the reply and I understand what you are saying but they are just soooo full of folliage and are starting to bud.I guess you are rite, so I will be patient and wait and see what happens.Thanks.

I started some OG and Violator on March 18, put them outside end of April (Illinois). As of July 23, they are about 7 feet tall.

4 some reason people dont like to comment on yeild amounts?! That shit crazy, their is enough people reading these forms that have grown shit close to what people are askin to alteast put in 2 cents, but for some reason they dont.

Smallest Kush I grew so far was 1/2 pound outdoors and in ground, most average 1. My best was 3lbs off a Purple Kush clone from a dispensary. With extra veg and lots of love I am sure Pro's have pulled 10+.
