I will be 39 in a couple months! Some parts of life get better with age in my opinion.

Undoubtedly growing older is just part of the process, I just feel like I could have better utilized my time spent here so far. Oh well, no sense in living in the past!

32 in 2 weeks. Feels like i had just turned 30 a week ago. Kids make your time fly bye!
I remember when i was in my later teens that i used to think 30 was old. lol, now its 50...

yeah, I'm starting to slow down a bit. I have aches and pains when I get up in the morning (knees, back, shoulder) so I hobble around for about an hour. I do some stretching and range of motion exercises and that seems to help. Getting older isn't so bad. You just have to start doing things a little differently, take a little more time, don't overdo, stuff like that.
