af shouldnt be much diff than regular seeds other than the obvious... the basics still apply
you seedlings look overwatered to me... kinda curled and what not...you def dont want seedlings to dry out but overwatering is most common mistake
if i were you i would start the sprouts in a cup instead of the peat pots or jiffy pots whatever those are..they dry out real fast and probably why you are overwatering(if thats the problem)
also when you transplant to bigger pots. just bury the seedling all the way almost to the cotyledons(seed leafs) that way any stretching you have (from lights too far) will go away and move the lights closer, although in the pic looks like you did that
the problem could be the heat too maybe, i didnt notice any of your temps, if you dont have one, go cop a cheapo thermometer see if that is your problem if so an extra fan may help
hopefully you get it straightened out.. try getting some bagseed just to start off so you dont keep wasting seeds i know it wont be autoflower but if you get the hang of it you will be able to grow autos no problemo you could even put them in your flowering area and do 12 12 from seed it will grow kinda same size yield as an auto...just some ideas keep growing dont give up!
i love this hobby!
