Ya man my yellowing isn't going away either. Only really started after I transplated her though. And leaves are curling downwards I know thats from heat but can't do anything about it till tommorrow when my fan comes. Ya man you deff should figure out how to upload some pics I wanna see what I should be expecting off my three with the hps this time around. I guess I'll go snap some pics of the new set up and what not.

Ok here are the pics I was talking about. Mary still has some yellowing issues I don't quite know what it is. Im not think mag deff cause the spray bottle I use for the folair spray had epsom salt in it. Jane just joined the world this morning so she is pretty small. Next pic is my chili plant seedling I got going. Then my aloe plant that I had outside till it got cold. I've grown it from a baby cutting I got last year. And last is a snap of the light without the fan hooked up yet.

ouch man those aint looking good. I guess you need to ask the basics.

Whats the medium, whats the temps, what they been fed, how often are waterings

EDIT: Having just checked the growFAQ Im gonna say its a Potasium deficieny, either from lockout or just lack of. Hope that helps. Added a pic i found on the FAQ of a Potassium def....looks similar no?

Mary is in topsoil, cow manure, and what ever got dumped into the pile last winter, stuff like fish guts and what not after fishing, fish emulsions (n.p.k. 5-1-1) and some other stuff. Water once a week she doesn't drink to much. She has now had one watering of the flower power organic stuff from BMO. Soil ph is mid 6's and tops out at 7. I have a spray bottle mixed with water and epsom salt that I give them once a day after the light goes out. My water's ph is 5.0 and I let the water sit out a good two days before giving to her. I really think it was the transplant cause I damaged a lot of her roots and the heat combination cause she has only gotten worse since I transplanted her. I am thinking about ordering the grow it green from BMO for Jane and Sheba. I only used fish emulsions for Mary maybe she is lacking something.

don't spray it with anything yet give it more wated hold off on the nutes for a while flush it with water and see what happens check the poor little bastard for spider mites too and chances are it's gonna be male now it's had a lot of stress on it

Hmm ye im not meaning to question your methods but two heads is better than one so just wanted to backround info. That all sounds good, check the post i edited just a min a go, that might help.

Also im sure transplanting wont have helped, with the roots or just general shock. But i doubt it is the main problem.

probably was like I said the fish emulsions is 5-1-1 not much potassium in there. the npk of the flower power is 1-8-7 so we should bounce back really quick probably next watering which will be in about 4 days.

Lol like 3 posts in the time i posted mine. What is exactly in epsom salts? This might have caused a lockout, or is that no possible with this?

I would flush before you add anything else.

epsom salt is magnesium and sulfer I only put a teaspoon in the spray bottle. I guess I'll flush her out. When flushing how much water do I put through her???? I am confused on this one.

Normally its 3 times the volume of the pot. But a proper flush is just keep pooring water through until it runs clean. It takes me about 10-15 litres for one pot. Unless you have really dodgy water just get it straight from the tap add a little bit of boiling water so its not freezing and then PH it otherwise it will take you days lol. Its what i do, i also heard any chlorine in your water is gone within 5 mins of it leaving the tap so.....

i also forgot to mention potassium deficiency that isn't helping either but anyway good luck hope it works for you

Ok that sounds good then just wait for the soil to dry out again to start with the flower nutes again. And potassium how about do I get some of that. I thought the p in n.p.k. stood for phosphate?

NPK ?/b> The elemental symbol for nitrogen is N; for phosphorus it's P; for potassium it's K. All three of these elements are essential for plant growth and are considered macronutrients. N, P, and K are the three principal ingredients in most fertilizers. The NPK ratio is shown by three numbers, such as 2-1-1, that reflect the percentage of each.

Ok nevermind I went and found this. On the back of the fish emulsion bottle it says NPK and then in the breakdown says this n- nitrogen, p- phosphate, k- potash. Is potash and potassium the same thing?

And I just got done looking up. Potash is just another name for Potassium so sorry had to ask lol. The flower power is really low in Nitrogen. And I just read that potassium is essential for nitrogen intake. So after I flush should I give her a half dose of both the fish emulsions and the flower power? I don't want to be overdoing it but I think thats really hard to do with organics. I'll do half a dose of the flower power and half a dose of the fish emulsions and mix them together in a gallon of water and see how they work.
