3/5 or watever does not mean honey works, it just means its not certain death. You can get 100% strike rates by just sticking the stem in some dirt, there are more critical factors than rooting hormone.

True but I have tried rockwool an all sorts of other methods and as lame as it is thats my best success rate so far lol.

I wish I could help but my success rate with clones is shocking, give me seeds though and Im great guns. lol(sorry that was for CaveChest damn quote buttons.)

hi guys, i am only new at this but my brother and i are yet to lose a clone. my bro clones 6-8 at a time(onto fourth crop). i am only cloning 2 at a time myself(first grow by myself). due to only having a bedroom cupboard to grow in. we just use some striking powder and put them in rockwool and clay balls under a 400watt hps on 18/6 and flood every 2 hours for a week then increase to 22/2 and cut the flooding back to every 3 hours. the 2 that i have 1 took and started reaching in the first 24 hours and the 2nd one, which was 5cm taller did the same on the third day. its day 17 and they are going really well. i am trying to get some pics up hopefully soon.

also does anyone know how to raise the humidity without a humidifier? i am getting one next week, but untill then what do i do?

can use a vaporizer. one of those vicks ones but without the vicks! ha

some people just place wet towels over a clothes horse

Any open water will evaporate and raise your humidity, especially in a small space. The greater the surface area the better, but don't let it stagnate or grow nasties.

i have started using a bonair vap cooler. it has raised the humidity up to just under 40% and lowered the temp to 27 degrees celsius. horray

Did one of the people who laughed at you give you the clones? If not then it's evidently an isolated event umongst a group of equally reckless people, so um yay whatever.

check it out , just done this about an hr ago , with a male thats probs at the stage yours is,i used everything but the stem.if i can do it anyone can lol. now i just need to let a mate test it coz i dont smoke.
