i like the smell of pussy as much as the next man but i too like a odourless pillow.

if my plants are 33cm and 24cm and the space i have from base of plant to the light is 110cm, should i flower soon? there are heaps of secondary branches on the big one and only 10 on the smaller one. is 4 weeks enough time for them to bud properly?

Hmm I'd advise reading up on the basics mate, these are very general things that you need to know. Because I'm already typing though, flower times are 8-12 weeks depending on your strain. If they're bagseed then you'll have to wing it (just check trichs), however if they're not then the supplier should specify flowering time on their website.

As for the distance from the lights, it all depends on the heat emitted from the bulb (higher W = more heat), if you have a cool tube, what your ambient temps are etc. If you can leave your hand under the light at the same height as your plants comfortably then its fine. So, considering they're gonna double in size, put your hand 30cm above the plants right now and see if it burns the back of your hand.. if its no hotter than the midday sun then you're all good.

i am aware of flowering times, but i have been told you can 2 stage your harvest and i was wanting to know if 4 weeks was roughly when you can do it if at all.

You're obviously not aware of flowering times if you think you're gonna get more than some fat pistils of a plant thats flowered for 4 weeks.

well not sure fully knickers but at first i thought it looked pretty cool, then i just wanted to see what would work doin it. Things like tomatoes, cucumbers and the more viney type grow straight down (vertical staking). Woody stemed plants like dope ,chillis, capos and the like turn after a couple of days towards the mornin sun. Puttin em in pots or whatever i did it when they were about 20cm tall so as long as the plant fit through the whole in she went otherwise cut a slit in a piece of cardboard then feed it around the stem at the bottom. They also get foliar fed this way 2. fertiliser or whatever you use hit the roots first so I believe its more efficient although im def no expert. Ill try n post some pics of my chillis the love it.

Then maybe you shouldnt be growing, or posting 2 1 sentence posts in a row. If you want to be spoon fed, I don't think that participating in illegal activities like growing weed is for you. That said I see you've already spammed the forums with multiple threads for basic questions, and I can understand that this site can look overwhelming, but the simple fact is that it looks so big and out of control because people keep asking the same basic questions. Go to the Newbie section and read through the stickies, then go to your relevant sub forums and do the same.

Your plants look quite sativa dom, so you've made a very poor choice in terms of grow space. I see youve added side lighting and started LST which is good, however your plants are going to take longer than 8 weeks to finish flowering, more like 10-12 I guess. Anything harvested prior to this time is a waste, however yes you should harvest whats ripe and leave whats not, which usually means harvesting from the top of the plant, and finishing off the rest as it is ready.

Haha they're not pic worth mate, two 10cm holes in the roof and 1 at the bottom of the back. I haven't needed to setup any fans yet so I haven't bothered... I'm only running 250w of CFLs right now. Anyways I need to do some major work and update my journal, so I'll find my camera charger and put some pics up for ye soon

I'm off to bunnos to return some light fittings and buy some screws.. and Ive just realised it's going to be a massive PITA to get my edison screw sockets fixed to the wooden frame.. like real fucking major pain that I havent worked out yet :/ I'm going to need to fix them to a thin piece of metal, and then fix that metal onto the wood frame... with no drill
