Attitude sent bogus seed. What to do?

I recently purchased a Pick and Mix from Attitude. Big Buddha's Cheese - feminized.

I vegged it until 13". I flowered the plant a week ago and it is a big, fat, stinking MALE :cuss:

Does anyone have any experience with how Attitude might handle this? It was just one seed that I ordered.

Dude - that really sucks but don't go nuts just yet - e-mail them explaining the problem, make sure that you include the fact that you are a medical grower and hence it is legal and give them the opportunity to put it right.
See how they respond.
Unfortunately there were two rogue breeders based in southern Europe last year that supplied at least three of the major seed banks with seeds that were supposed to be feminized but clearly were not. The strains that were affected were White Widow, Northern Lights, Lowryder 2 and Arjans Haze, but there is nothing to say that there weren't others....

blame the breeder not the seed bank.. unless you stressed the plant.. light leak, wrong ph's.. thats the only reason it would male or herm..

I too ordered a BB Cheese Fem. and it hermied under any condition. IMHO it's the breeder, not the seed bank. Everything else received thus far has been top notch.

You did notice that they do not want people talking about germination and such, I think a little thought needs to be taken when contacting them about an issue.

Just my 2 cents :)

im having trouble with them too.
i orderd some seeds about 3 1/2 weeks ago and still nothing :(
nirvana takes about 5 days. but they have no good strains

your pretty much shit out of luck some of the better seedbanks will offer you a coupon for a future purchase but they def wont refund money since they claim there seeds are for collectors items or souvenirs or somethign stupid so its legal to sell them
