i will say that 8 or 9 orders (back to back) in a row have all come to my safe addy w/o a hitch.

========> never once have i paid for "guaranteed shipping" ! cause with the 'tude your package is shipped & protected all the same

extra shwag or not.

i bet $100 if my "unguaranteed" package didn't make it ...& i could show the 'tude valid proof ...they'd ship me out again no problem.

and EVERYTIME i get an order from the 'tude (over $1000 of seeds purchased since april) ...one pack of beans or 10 packs ...i am required to SIGN FOR IT.

everytime.
all the time.
each order.
all orders.

my mailman has a "man crush" on me ...and he still cant leave a package from the 'tude in my box w/o signature.

*

go to the post office and demand your package.

absolutely ===> ask your delivery person ==> and be nice!

offer dude a cold bottle water, soda, or something.

always KILLER to be on good terms with your mailman !

& it is not about the contents, so dont be shy!

You hae no contract with the postage companies the attitude uses. You made a contract between yourself and The Attitude, that you had paid for seeds and that they would guarantee that you would get your seeds. Email and remind them of this. You have no contract with the postal services, if they have lost or stolen your package, so long as you have not received it, it is The Attitudes legal responsibility to make sure that you do, their issue with the postal services not delivery the package is a contract between attitude and said postal services, you have nothing to do with that, they must send you more seeds regardless of the stage they are at with contesting their issue wiht the postal services, they are independent issues due to the contracts between the parties involved.

I don't know about the process for guaranteed orders, but i'd have thought that a signature would be required for the safety of both parties. The buyer can prove they haven't recieved it, and the seller can prove that it's been recieved and they're not ust being scammed fo free beans. As i say, that's relaly just conjecture, i'm a UK lad so just order standard delivery

I think they do make you sign just to ensure you received it. I mean i could easly email and say "hey i never got my seeds and i got the gaurentee" they have no proof unless i signed for them. I never signed for myself either but my gf did so.

ive ordered from the Tude 5x's now all with the t-shirt guarantee and ive only had to sign for it once. i think its all up to your mailman, as the only time i sign for it it was not my usual mailman

I placed my order with Attitude for the June promo, the package tracking made it all the way to "Arrived at unit" in Ft Laud, where it disappeared. Even though it was only a week until it disappeared, I patiently waited until about 18 working days passed before I contacted USPS, after two days they told me they could not find the package. I contacted Attitude, they e-mailed me back with the tracking link that said "Arrived at unit" as if that was proof of delivery. Fortunately I ship items for eBay all the time, so I emailed them a screenshot of a proper tracking screen and showed them how my tracking did not show 'Delivered'. They thanked me for showing them the difference in the tracking screens and promptly reshipped my order. It arrived the other day and had my complete order plus all of the June freebies that I should have received. This was my first time ordering seeds from anywhere, I would definitely order from Attitude again, but I think that it's definitely worth it to pay for the guaranteed shipping, if I hadn't they would have been well within their rights to call it a done deal since the unsecured shipping option specifically states that you take on the responsibility of delivery on your own. Good on ya, Attitude!

I have ordered from Attitude 3 times, and each time with garaunteed delivery. Each time it too 6-10 days, but my packages were delivered (you can even find one scarey time on this forum). The last batch, I had an issue with the seeds doin what they needed... contacted the breeder, and the tude... and both worked with me... and i have beans in the maail right now, on their way to replace the bunk ones. I like the tude...

I have never signed. ^^^^^^ This is exactly what I did. Now I have my June promo order AND my free reshipped June promo order.

I do feel bad receiving a double order. Even when I get too much change back at the store I say something. I'm pretty honest.

I've had seeds crushed during shipping which pissed me off. But now I feel better. So give me my binky and blanky I'm off to happy nappy.

i dont think i've ever had to sign since i started using attitude last year. i wouldnt worry about signing because it comes to through usps, i dont think they ever have a sign option...this aint fedex hehehe.
i placed an order last month for so gouda and it arrived to the west coast in 11 days, which is fantastic if ya ask me. shells came crushed maybe twice but they replaced that order when i called and said the word "damaged" which seems like the keyword to use. im looking forward to the august special coming up with samsara, interested in getting the punky lion which is a chronic cross, and sweet black angel which is a SSL cross!

- had a very similar experience with attitude. The tracking information said the package was delivered, it was not. - went to the post office, - waited around a long time, then they asked for a phone number to call if it showed up. - gave out the first 7 numbers that came to mind.

- contacted Attitude, told them what happened, asked them to contact - if the package was sent back to them. They recommended checking with neighbors, which was not going to happen. Did not offer to replace the order, even though - bought the coffee mug. Which was a little bit of a disappointment.

- really believe they held up their part of the deal and the Post Office was to blame. - knew the policy before ordering. If they were to replace every order the Post Office intercepted, stole, whatever... they would go broke. The policy they have in place makes sense. If the tracking info says it was delivered, they will not replace. It's fair.

Try Canada. - have had 10+ orders. 100% success to the US. - have placed 3 orders across the pond. All 3 no show. - have heard of many folks in the US having success with Attitude though. - guess we just had bad luck... The girl I spoke with about my order was very nice. - do not suspect they are trying to do anyone wrong.

it's unfortunate to hear your experience... I had a pretty good guarantee experience.

I placed an order and the order was processed-shipped by the next business day. Package arrived to the states and came one early early morning based on the tracking time. I didn't hear a doorbell and without notice returned the package (indicated by tracking number on USPS). NO second attempt. I informed Attitude that usps marked my package as "Undeliverable Address" and Jodie said my name must match the mailbox name (which it did). So she resent the order after reconfirming the address!!!

I got the package after 8 calendar days later. SUCCESS!! I asked the postman WTF happened with the first package? He said I needed to sign for it and they don't do second attempts. Not sure if this was postman BS. I'm like holy cow are you serious? what if I'm showering or just stepped out?

So long story short... Attitude dispatches without signature required. When the states receive the item, usps are required by homeland security to obtain signatures for all international packages...

I'm glad I got my order.... :)

Fair enough - but the fact that they charge more for a guarantee is BS. My packages tracking info only says Undeliverable will be returned to sender if info avail. Will never order from them again. Since this started I have ordered from Single Seed Center and I received without any issues.

I'm all for Attitude. I ordered from them with no problems what-so-ever. I even called 3 days after I placed the order to have the shipping addy changed and they had no problems or attitude about it. Never had to sign for anything, either. I actually didn't catch my package in the mailbox until the day after it was delivered, when I went to put more mail in the box while the mailman was 2 houses before mine. Sounds like you were bamboozeled, and not by The Attitude.
