Area 51 W90

I'm seriously looking at the Area 51 W90 4000k as a veg-only light in a 32"x32" tent. I'd love to call their customer support line and talk to them about it, but they don't have a customer support line.

So, I thought I'd ask here if this light is a good choice for vegging in a 32"x32" space. They advertise that it is, but I'd rather hear from actual users or others with first-hand knowledge.

They're out of the stock or in back order and have been for Months. Do not purchase one of their fixtures. Just build a single cob light if you want one of those dinky ass things.
 
For that price I would order a tasty led setup and it would be cheaper and better. Tasty led has "the best" customer service. Good luck if you go with Area 51
 
I just hooked mine up in my veg tent last night, replacing a big CFL w/ reflector. The W90 is one sexy little unit let me tell ya!
 
for a 3x3 the W90 probably is too little light for that space. I'm running mine in a Secret Jardin DP90 hanging over a dwc rig. For the price, I can tell you the craftsmanship is top-notch. When the RW110 drops I'll be purchasing one of those as well.

My LED experience thus far is with Tasty's T2-1400 running alongside 250w of HPS in my flower tent, and I've dabbled with a corn cob led as well. < that was a PLT from 1000bulbs and it sucked!
 
A51 had the worst customer service. They don't honor warranties anymore. Their lights aren't even up to par with what's available from other companies. A51 lights cost more than the others too. Go with pacific light concepts, tasty led or northern grow lights
 
I'm running a T2-2100 in a 20" x 36" with AWESOME results right now, and just getting setup in a 2' x 4' with the T4-1750......

No I should have the larger flowering tent setup today or tomorrow need a few final touches and then I will be moving two plants from the smaller tent into the 2'x4' with the T4-1750 and flipping to 12/12

Have the tent closed and light and circulating fan running to start testing out the environment. Not just gonna slap the plants in there without knowing what's going on

Ya oughtta throw that t2 in there with the t4 after you clean out that 2x3 tent.

I would but then the 2 x 3 stays with no light. I think a T4 is too big for the 2x3 no? Mine is really 20" x 36"

I still have the 4 foot UV fixture/bulb coming too......
