Happened on my first grow from bagseed. Much worse than yours. Nanners came out in late flower. Three plants in the tent. There were very few seeds in any of those plants. Maybe like 5 on one plant. I’d just segregate if you can and let her finish
Nanners that appear late in flower are nothing to worry about. It's to late for the buds to produce seeds and alot of times the pollen is sterile.
 
Hi, a bit of an update on this plant. Can anyone advise me on whether it's harvest time already? I was thinking of doing it soon, because most pistils on the top buds have turned brown (but there are still some lower buds that have many white pistils). The buds haven't quite fattened a lot, but because of the nanners I'm keeping it segregated from my actual grow room - it's getting energy just from indirect sunlight from a window plus a common fluorescent bulb.

This plant is in day 2 of Week 9 of flower
