Idk my mortgage is 1200 a month so I might section a large bit of it off and rent it so i can make my mortgage back and still have all my house plus most of my sketchy underground garage to myself and not have to pay a damn dime.

thats where the money is at right now. buying and selling houses. thats what i do on the side for extra cash, flip houses. my brother and i just finished a house . it was a repo we bought for 50,000 . total peice of shit. in the final couple days now of selling it. we put 30,000 into it. ...it sold for 145,000 great money in renovating homes. i love doing it too, so it works out. i love seeing an allaround shitty house turn into an amazing home:peace:
 
renovating houses is ballin man. Like thats good living money if you could make a career outta it. How did you get the startup cash if you mind me asking?
 
my brother and i both make and install cabinets so already had all the tools we would need to work with. so that was nice, tools are so fucking expensive. we take out a loan for every house we do. pay it right off when the house is complete.

i hear ya man. mine isnt the best either. my older brother deals with all that shit. i just work my ass off for him. and he is kind enough to split 50 50 with me... well hell he better pay me half i do half the work. lol

I always fail them, just for weed though, no alc or anything. And I overly participate in the class so the love me. Everyones a complete drug addict and just bullshits but since I participate a lot more they give a little. Its really sketchy.
 
hey you guys had some fun with the school bus idea, it was just a thought we had but nothing serious. We have one that we used to live in out in the cack yard ...................and as far as big machines plenty of them around!

good venting may be hard to if we did that but any how glad you had fun with the idea
