Was it ever confirmed that TDT got in trouble with LE? I've read that more through this IHG/greenline fiasco than when TDT was down/first week back

no it hasn't...was all just speculation...and they didn't play games with their customers thru social media for 10 days after.....how many diff story have we heard for the reason sub went down..I just hope he takes care of any paid orders hanging in the balance, I personally won't use them again ,but that's me just my .02

Like a few others here, I went and did some research around the web. I looked up anything and everything containing "substrategenetics.com".
And I Found the Following:
I highly doubt I'll be seeing that Money again.
And those Seeds..... They're gone...
Why Cancel/Block/Delete every Account you have?
The Facebook page was the only one still up, but it's newest update was from January 9th 2016...

I didn't get an email or tracking that confirmed anything. All I got was a charge on my credit card for the amount I paid.
Can I send you a message?
I'd really like to know what time it was so I can check it against mine.

If the server got screwed up, who knows what could have happened to the site.
I have used a CC every time. Look in your messages.
Before this last order, I paid with a CC (but it was awhile back).
Maybe as the site was taking a sh*t, it malfunctioned? Who knows.
If that's really him, then I am stoked everything is alright.
Kinda feel bad about worrying/complaining so much.
But at the same time, I think my level of frustration is justifiable. Wouldn't you be worried/pissed?

Only reason I seen/believed it was the real was that it was posted by pbd an said something like substrates new account. Don't quote me on it exactly but it's posted on there

Hope you guys get your stuff. I tried to order a pack of pugs breath right before this went down. I did not see a option for cc for checkout, all it said was I would get an email with details on where to send cash/money order. Waited a week or 2 and never heard anything. So I emailed, dude seemed oblivious, asking if I had sent payment, when I had asked for a mailing address in original email. Went back and forth a few emails, him never really answering my questions. Finally he asks how I would like to pay. I say cc, he tells me I can do PayPal or Google Wallet. I never saw these options at check out mind, and trust I looked, didn't want to wait on money order. So I tell him Google Wallet would be great and told him my account was under my email and to please invoice me, or tell me how to send it to him. Never heard back. Definitely dodged a bullet on that one. I will certainly never be doing business with them in the future. For him to leave all these people hanging with no explanation for so long. Then come out with a new IG, his first post should have been a explanation/apology. Just my 2 cents.

They said because they couldn't contact the business, that it was okay to do (once a year).
