Anyone know of an SOG tutorial? Please Help

Hey everyone. Ive searched everywhere for a tutorial on SOG and cant find one. I understand the basic idea, and even have several grow books, but I am looking for specifics. Also, a tutorial on LST-ing would be good too. Any links you can post would be greatly appreciated.

Nice. Thanks for the link. So when doing a sea of green, you dont let the clones veg before flowering them?
