Anyone grown autoflowers outside???

I never fed mine last year amd had more than I could handle. Im sure they would do better but I didnt see any sign of needing food until late. And all i saw was a need for Nitrogen. I feel like this could be solved w a topping of EWC and not need to do anything else. This is my plan for the year.

Oh ok cool. Where did you buy it from i was think about ordering it since garden places in town seem to a bit pricey but I guess it pays off since u dont have to pay or wait for shipping

The promix or the castings you can get the promix anywhere and get some good castings from a grow shop

I ended up getting ocean forest soil. Southside garden said itll be fine for tomatoes and peppers just dont feed them for a while till they start showing signs of needing food but they might not even need any. And ive read that OF works good for mj too just dont feed it anything for a month or so

Have your seeds sprouted yet? I got my seed to germinate and put it in the dirt today. Hope it sprouts soon.

Most of my yard is very shaded and I'm wondering if my one girl will get enough light to get huge in six weeks or if she needs more direct sunlight.

Got some beans in the dirt and some new clones from a pal!
My autos are running like crazy because I cant keep them in the sun since we cant seem to keep any around. I will repot and show you guys those later today!

Nice dude looking good. Yeah I know I hope the weather gets better we need some sun for the plants and just for us Alaskans since we have a short summer haha.

Tell me about I finally got all my babies out in the greenhouse yesterday cause it was nice and warm... now its all rainy and shit... grrr! But they dont look too bad out there I just gave em a peek at lunch

Nice nice yeah I hope this sun stays that we've been having this morning cuz I've have my blue mystic inside next to the window and it's not looking to bad but I want to get some sun on it. I tried germinating and for some reason it cracked but never got a long enough taproot to plant so I gave up on it I'll start some for a indoor grow later this summer. Beginner question can you clone from a feminized seed?

I have cloned them w no problems before. Some say if they arent stable enough that the stress of cloning may cause hermaphroditism.

Its time to put them ladies outside bro! I thought my new seedlings would be Pissed about the rain and stuff last night since theyd only seen one day outside. But they are all standing tall this morning askin for more! Do you have an enclosure you could out them in?

Oh ok cool I was thinking about ordering some feminized seeds soon but wanted to make sure I could clone them too. No yeah she's been outside all day today enjoying the sun. No I don't I was thinking about getting a small green house or make one for it and my veggies but I dunno yet. I've just been bringing them inside and put them by a window when it's been raining. Is there a way to get ahold of any Alaskan strain seeds?

Yea you can clone no problem for fem'd seeds (you can't clone for ruderalis otherwise known as Autoflowers)

Theres a guy on here Woodsmantoker who has developed some Alaska strains. Im in the process of trying to get some from him. Hes in michigan right now on the mend.

You could build a small cold frame out of pvc and visqueen for cheap to put your girls in when it rains. I feel like they get good light outside even when it is raining

Oh cool yeah I was thinking you could clone from femenized seeds but I'm still a new grower so I wasn't sure. Oh cool I'll have to check them out for sure thanks!!

Oh cool let me know if you get some of them seeds I'd love to have a clone from them and start some. Yeah I was you tubing some videos on those I'm thinking I might make one so I can leave it outside all the time so it can get all this light we're getting. I hope it t gets sunny again. Yeah there's still a lot of light out when it's cloudy too not as much as when it's clear out but still light better than none at all. So question what do you guys grow your indoor plants in and what kinda light are they under??
