No yeah I wouldnt be growing in water outside the water would get to warm. The roots are just in coco and perlite that's in the smart pot it should be fine tho I think its seems to be liking it anyway.

Yep your doing it perfect. You may want a little larger pots for outdoor? 3 gals seems small for an outdoor biatch! But wait til they ask for the space I suppose. And no coco is almost the same thing im doing it just dries faster I believe. Im technically doing soilless too I believe? Not too sure about the language behind all that. But im using basically peat moss and perlite. Again I know nothing about growing w coco but I believe you have to feed (use nutes) more that w a pro-mix type grow. Again bigbud smack me down if this is all wrong! Its early!!

Yeah I usually bring them inside to a window seal when it's raining, cold or super windy. Hope it gets nice out again soon so the buds will fatten up. No sprout yet from the seed I planted the other day.

Wasnt that like a week ago?? That baby should be showin its head by now! If youve got extras id try and pop em bro
It was thursday when I put it in the rockwool I read u could put it in there without germating it but there was no taproot coming out of the seed at all so I put it in a cup of warm water to speed it up. Do you or any one else have any pics of there outdoor autos?

I would just use a tomato and vegetable nute like plantone or something like that. You can buy a box/bag of it at lowes. Or I did all mine last year in just straight up promix b/x and it did very nice w/out any amendments

heres a very small portion of my veggies wayyyyy to many last year haha

Yep works perfect! I
you can make it yourself though for cheaper by just mixing peat moss and perlite w a couple scoops of myco's sometimes I like being lazy though hahaha the only difference in promix and foxfarm soils are the amendments ff adds as nutrients. Promix is essential a "bare" fox farms soil

Oh ok yeah im lazy too at times ill probably just buy it first since im still new to all of this. I think I have growing hyroponically down but never grown in soil and want to try it out and see what I like better. What would u prefer for growing the veggies and mj between the promix and foxfarm? Sorry for all the questions lol.

No problem bro! I would start w the promix I haven't used the OF for my veggies yet and dont wanna tell you to put em in something thatll burn em. I have a bunch in some humbolt county mix right now that dont seem too bad but its early lol

Would I have to eventually feed them nutes or is there enough in the soil throught the grow?
