if your med legal in cali and following the rules plant numbers etc.. i dont know what a leo would be looking to pursue with regards to legal action it would make no sense chasing around med users. dispensaries breaking rules or large grows seem to be the targets normally.

I've been following the forums on ASA and it is surprising how cops are still all over the legal dispensaries. The California State's Attorney was very clear. And with our state in the budget crisis that it is, the general public should be outraged when they waste their time on this victimless "crime". Boo cops! Go write some tickets for litterbugs.
