Any plants similar to cannabis plants

So I’m enjoying growing a lot and I was wondering are there any plants that can be manipulated the same as a cannabis plant and that grow similar.

Id like to practice LST and other training on it in my garden and then take what I’ve learnt and apply it to my grow rooms.

Try tomato’s, you can top, clone, they even smell the same in veg, I’m pretty sure there’s some science type relation to cannabis but I’m not 100% on that anymore, it’s been like 15 years, might of been a dream haha.. I thought someone was tying to get a tomato plant to produce thc in it fruit back in early 2000s.
