Ants

Recently planted some veggie seeds in light warrior in a seed starting tray. Today i opened the dome to check them and there are ants everywhere. Did they come from the soil? Don't see any in the bag. How do i get rid of them without harming the tiny seedlings? Never had this problem before.

Try the ant bait traps I think the ones with the clear gel work best. a tiny sugar ant can fit through a pin hole and possibly been drinking the water condensation. I have heard they can attack and kill plants they deem unworthy or don't like.

Id highly doubt they came from the warrior... but depending on where the place you buy from stores product and if the bag was open it could be possible to have had some eggs or something in there that came out... Id look around your grow area first though they could have been just attracted to your light warrioir smell .... put some sugar down around the area and wait to see where they trail from

dont sprinkle sugar obviously sugar water or something

I'd rather kill them than atrract more. Will azamax do the job?
