Are dispensaries going to rely solely on 1 grow/grower to supply them? I think it'd be better to have several smaller grows, if only for preventing spread of mites and PM and things like that, herms, catastrophies, not to mention the alphabet gang. It might even be a good idea to have a grow strictly for keeping mothers and clones to supply the other grows. IDK what the cost is for a dispenary to register a grow location with the state, though, or what it takes to outfit them to meet the states standads. Maybe it's cost prohibitive. I think a 99 plant grow could do 15-20lbs a month in a 33 plant, 30 day rotation. 2 8k rooms on a flip-flop and a 2k veg room.

Only as a blackhat, selling. Growing for a dispensary you don't have to do any of the selling, which takes away a huge amount of risk and potential barrel-staring. Plus you can report your income, put it in the bank etc.. It's just not the same.

Only 1 licensed grow per Dispensary. no Dispensary will have enough meds and you cannot reimburse Caregivers for their meds either. So pretty much the way the system is currently setup in AZ, most Dispensaries will be falling short. There is simply no way around it.

The people who has influence in prop 203 had very interesting logic behind their decision making...(The underlying goal has very little to do with the weal being of sick individuals)

The money/salary that gets put in the bank from being a grower for a dispensary can be taken away by the FEDS, in the blink of an eye....
If you are a grower in a large facility charges can range from distribution, participating in a drug related enterprise and drug manufacturing.
If you think your profits from a business like this are safe in a Federal bank account, think again. (Not like this has happened before or anything...)

A simply investigation into your dispensary employer could easily result in a freeze of your personal assets. ESP. if only one grower is allowed and no product can be purchased form caregivers.
Regardless of a financial freeze, many of the operators are in the dark and will not make enough/ be in business long enough to pay out a 30k-45k salary.
This does not mean charges will be filed but the potential overnight loss of your hard earned money is not far fetched...

There are a few registration certificate holders who intend on being the major producers for the entire state and the ones I have come across are ruthless. They know what they have, a niche, and they do not intend to play nice. If you want their meds they want a % of your business and if you dont utilize them for product they have hired their own auditor to look into other business to enusre compliance, Head Hunters....
If violations are found they intend to report it to the proper authorities i.e. AZDHS etc...

Im talking about HEAVY hitters, big pharma type people, with endless cash-flow.
They are also going to be very sly and I would not put it past them to attempt to steal a businesses from people who engage in an agreement with them.
Everyone needs to be on a swivel and protect their best interests IMO.

Only 1 licensed grow per Dispensary.
Wow, I wasn't aware of that. They're going to have to be freakin huge then, and very attractive to big brother. Maybe things will change if Cannabis gets removed from schedule I next month. If not, shit's gonna get real lol.

One grow per dispo sucks in a lot of ways. They're probably going to be monocropping for efficiency and production which will still be falling short, like you said. So we'll see shelves full (or empty) of nothing but OG Kush or Girl Scout Cookies, or god forbid, Chronic or Critical Mass relabeled as OGK/GSC. We'll start losing strain names, since every dispo will be selling OG Kush, and ppl will refer to them by the name of the dispensary, like Marlboro, American Spirit etc.
